Howard S. Stern Scholarship

Open to ASRT members only who are certificate, undergraduate or graduate students. Must attend a two or four year college or university. Must have ASRT membership, ARRT registered/unrestricted state license, and must have worked in the radiological sciences profession for at least one year in the past five years; which will translate education to higher income. Sponsored in conjunction with E-Z-EM Inc.

Academic Fields/Career Goals: Health and Medical Sciences: Oncology; Radiology.

Award: Scholarship program for use in freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or graduatee years; not renewable. Number up to 9. Amount: up to $1000.

Eligibility Requirements: Applicant must be enrolled or expecting to enroll full or part-time at a two-year or four-year technical institution or university. Available to U.S. and non-U.S. citizens.

Application Requirements: Application, essay, financial need analysis, interview, resume, references, copy of unrestricted state license, current ARRT card or equivalent, letter on official letterhead verifying employment in the radiologic sciences for at least one of the past five years. Deadline: February 1st.
